A new website for Jacksonville Architects

The talented individuals at Jacksonville Architectural Firm, Design Cooperative, LLC hired Fuel Multimedia to build them a new website. 


Wesley Black of Fuel Multimedia met with Logan and Milan of Design Cooperative in their San Marco office. They discussed ideas, features, and visions for the website. Logan Rink, being a very accomplished designer himself, had very specific visions and mockups that he provided. 

The guys at Design Cooperative did not seem  happy with their domain name, DesignCooperativeFLA.com. While it did contain their company name and geographic region, it was a bit wordy and hard for people to type. 

Wesley did some research and was eventually able to broker the purchase of a premium domain name that ended up driving the very branding of Design Cooperative... DCoop.com!


With a fresh new domain name in hand, Fuel Multimedia worked with Logan worked over the next few weeks on the new design and features of the website. 

The result is a search engine friendly, feature-rich website with a huge focus on showcasing the work of the designers at DCoop. Logan and his team have the ability to update the website themselves in order to keep content fresh.

Some of the technical aspects of this job included customizing wordpress themes and plugins, harnessing jquery, as well as authoring custom javascript, php and css.
